The weather at our farm is tracked using a Davis Vantage Pro 2 Wireless weather station.  The wireless works quite well because we are able to monitor the station several hundred feet away from the actual instrument package.  The weather conditions are continuously uploaded to the Weather Underground.  If you click on the image below you can see the detailed weather statistics for the current day or any prior day.
